Zenova is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed by shareholders.
The Company also announces that Alain Gottesman, Non-Executive Director, has retired as a Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the AGM, and did not offer himself for re-election.
